Founded in 1972, MVJ Capital are celebrating 40 years in the property acquisition and investment sector. We have a large diverse investment portfolio ranging from traditional residential dwellings, retail, office, industrial and mixed use developments throughout Wales and South West of England.

We hold a varied range of development land and provide a unique customer-orientated bespoke design and build service to potential tenants. Outright asset disposal and joint developments are also available on current stock or new targeted acquisitions.

Our main appetite is for commercial property with secured tenancies, we do however approach each opportunity with an open mind so quality residential and developments sites are always of interest.
