Our main appetite is for commercial property with secured tenancies, we do however approach each opportunity with an open mind so quality residential and developments sites are always of interest.
Being a family owned, independent and self funded company, we are able to make decisions instantly with a quick exchange/completion.
If you are a private seller, it is always best to approach us directly first before using a commercial estate agent, we may be able to offer you the return you are looking for while saving you the fees an agent would charge you.
